Itinerary

We will set you up with E-Bikes and helmets, then take a guided tour what we call "10-Miles of Smiles" up and back down the rural paved road through lush Honolulu Rainforest. With a mid-drive, 250-watt electric-assist motor, pedaling uphill is made super easy just by pedaling your bike. We like to say "pedaling uphill is the new downhill". Try it and see why we are the only ones smiling on the uphill ride. Must be 14 years or older and under 240 lbs to participate.

The guide was very helpful and insightful. Ebike is the way to go and made the ride perfect for non professional riders :)

Good exercise, great guide. Easy pace. Not strenuous, but you need to be somewhat fit. Beautiful scenery.

Would definitely recommend this activity for a change of pace while in Hawaii. We were picked up by Daniel at our hotel and driven to the start of the ride. After some simple instructions we were on our way. Riding 5 miles uphill to an elevation of 1200 feet was made very easy with the electric assist bikes. Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable about the area and its history. Beautiful views of Honolulu and also of the rainforest as we climbed thru different microclimes. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

The route we took was absolutely breathtaking! Daniel (our guide) was on time, did a wonderful job talking us through the equipment and explaining how the E-Bikes worked. The pace was fast, but comfortable and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area and meaning behind names etc. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I took my Mom to Hawaii for her birthday. She's older but loves to ride bicycles so I thought this option would be a great surprise birthday gift. I originally scheduled it the day before her birthday because there were no spots available on her actual birthday. But then I emailed them to just see if there was a way we could get it on her actual birthday. John called me fairly quickly and said he'd be happy to open a ride for her on the day we needed! He moved our reservation. I was thrilled! Throughout the process, the communication was incredible, the tour was PERFECT, our guide Chris was thoughtful and fun, and we had the very best time. I would have NO hesitations booking any tours with this company. Thanks John and Chris for a wonderful and memorable experience! I rarely leave reviews but on occasion, I'm compelled to. This is one of those occasions. :-)

Stopped to see the views of the city and Diamond Head crater! Great experience on the Ebike! Great tour guide Daniel very knowledgeable and took some pictures of us!

There were 3 of us on this ride at all different skill and fitness levels. We all had a wonderful time! The bikes were in great condition, the tour guide named Chris was kind, fun, patient, interesting, and took pictures of us along the way. He made this a fun adventure! We highly recommend this 10-mile trip! Going uphill was so fun with the electronic bike in boost mode!!! Loved it!

This bike tour was the highlight of our Oahu vacation! Chris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the island and history as we biked through some of the most beautiful locations we could have hoped for. The e-bikes were really good quality and made the hills so easy to climb, it was relaxing and enjoyable the entire time. We stopped at lookout points and took breaks along the way, he was even kind enough to snap photos of us through the ride. Sure, there was a quick rain that came in for a few minutes, but it’s to be expected at that elevation in the rainforest and it honestly added to fun experience. I am shocked there are not enough reviews on this bike ride, it was the best! We could not thank Chris enough for such an amazing experience. I read another review mentioned “10 miles of smiles” and that sums up this awesome bike ride perfectly. Thanks for an amazing time Chris!

We had an amazing time on our bike ride through the rainforest. John was an awesome tour guide with all sorts of tidbits and facts about Hawaii, he make our ride truly enjoyable. This was a great family activity that got us all talking and getting some exercise. Highly recommended.
